SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. International orders will be shipped First Class Mail. For items in stock, I ship the next business day after receiving payment. For made-to-order items, I ship as soon as your order is dry and ready for an envelope. If your order is large enough to require a box, I'll contact you about whether you'd prefer Parcel Post or Priority Mail.

For international orders, any VAT, import or duty tax or other fee required by your country on an order shipped out of the US is the responsibility of the buyer. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import, custom and tax policies before ordering. Unfortunately, I can't ship to Italy, as leather goods are prohibited.

 

RETURNS

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you don't like your non-personalized item, send it back to me for a full refund (less shipping). Unfortunately, I can't accept returns for personalized items. Also unfortunately, I can't be responsible if you order a Kindle cover for the wrong Kindle, or if you tell me the wrong letters for personalization. Please make sure you are ordering correctly.

If your order is received damaged, please notify me immediately via email at linda@lindasgardenleather.com. Please keep the damaged packaging, as that will help if we need to make a claim.
